The 2015/2016 issue of the “Port of Hamburg Liner Services” issued by the Port of Hamburg Marketing organization provides an extensive 58-page overview of direct liner services from Germany’s largest seaport to destinations across the globe. The directory, which is printed in magazine format, features a list of the Port of Hamburg’s liner, feeder and short-sea connections, split into sections for specific trade areas.
The new “Port of Hamburg Liner Services 15/16” directory gives anyone working in the sea-freight sector a quick overview of all scheduled services linking Hamburg with other ports in more than 100 countries. Information is also provided on the operating shipping companies and agencies, the handling terminals and the various types of cargo. These range from full container loads and consolidated container loads to
conventional general cargo, project cargo, heavy-lift cargo and Ro-Ro cargo. Anyone interested can also now access “Liner Services” in PDF format from the Media Center at http://www.portofhamburg.com/en/mediathek.
You can find the information, as well as extensive additional information about the liner services, in the Liner Services Database at http://www.portofhamburg.com/en/linerservices. Here, you can also find information on the scheduled services per transshipment and offers from non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs). The Liner Services Database is accessed approximately 30,000 times a month.
Both products published by the Port of Hamburg Marketing organization are prepared by the market research department, which also compiles analyses and studies offering detailed market and transport information.
