The Tuscan Company, among the leaders in the field of stabilizing fins for yachts over 20 meters, reacts to the past years steady growth expanding and strengthening its internal organization, also appointing a new Sales and Marketing Manager. Coordinating the Sales team and reporting directly to the CEO, Federico Fiocchini will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s business strategies as well as coordinating the service centers network.
Cascina, May 2015. CMC Marine carries on with the development program launched two years ago right after the relocation in the new modern headquarters in Cascina (PI). Having consolidated the service centers
international network (USA, Great Britain and the Netherlands, Turkey, Croatia, France and Spain are some of the countries involved), the company is now focusing on its own internal organization growth. Hence the appointment of Federico Fiocchini to Sales & Marketing Manager. As Sales department manager, reporting directly to the CEO, he will be in charge of the sales and services strategies, a various set of activities that have undergone a remarkable development following the company policies implemented in recent years.
During 2014, in fact, CMC Marine launched an ambitious internationalization program focused mainly on the Service & after Sales activities, while working simultaneously on the products innovation and on reinforcing the technical and production departments’ staff. The market response to those initiatives was more than positive, generating new development opportunities that, supported by significant investments, consolidated the growth trend. In this context emerged recently the need for the senior management to have a direct reference that could autonomously manage the strategies and the trade policies, while at the same time coordinating the Sales department as well as the internal and external technical partner network.
Alessandro Cappiello, CMC Marine AD, on the new company’ strategies: “CMC Marine has had double-digit growth rates since its establishment ten years ago, proving, even in a difficult phase for the marine market, to have earned the trust of shipyards and ship owners thanks to innovative products and its high quality services. Over the past 30 months, we have entered a new internationalization phase through the creation of a service centers network operating in key Countries; such quick expansions led to the decision to create a new and stronger internal Sales structure, led by a skilled manager as Federico Fiocchini. Considering his experience in the manufacturing sectors, different from the marine industry but highly structured and customer oriented, I am sure that CMC Marine will benefit from the innovative approach and new techniques he will introduce. This new hiring is part of the three-year development plan that started back in 2013; currently we have met all the predetermined goals thanks to the commitment of all, something we are extremely proud of.
